Pecar Properties Opening Condos At Capitol Hill Church Site This Fall

After razing the Mount Paran Baptist Church on Capitol Hill, Pecar Properties will deliver the first 10 of its planned 46 condos this fall.

The developer has begun pre-sales for Stone Flats, the 10-unit condo building rendered above at 1337 K St SE. Pecar is also working on a 36-unit adjacent building at 1345 K St SE, the Stone Hill condos, which are slated to deliver in fall 2017.

Stone Flats has one-bedrooms selling in the upper-$300k range, while its two-bedrooms begin in the mid-$600k range.

Pecar's project is the latest in a series of DC churches being redeveloped or demolished to make way for condos. Nearby, S2 Development is razing a vacant church at 1301 H St NE to make way for nine condos.
