Cortland Partners has purchased a 630-unit Loudoun County apartment complex, with CBRE brokering the deal.

Ashburn’s StoneRidge Apartments, at 19900 Broad Vista Terrace, was attractive due to its proximity to One Loudon, a Silver line-adjacent mixed-use development that has already delivered 400 units of residential, 130k SF of office and 300k SF of retail.

“StoneRidge has consistently delivered strong revenue trends and offers a clear path to obtaining higher premiums through a modest renovation program,” CBRE SVP Jonathan Greenberg said in a release.
