Mixed-Use Developments Planned for Purcellville

Plans for two mixed-use developments have been approved by town officials in Purcellville. Vineyard Square is a proposed 100k SF retail and condominium project from property owners Martinsburg Plaza LLC and Chapman Group LLC. The property is at North 21st and Main. Plans call for a five- or six-story mixed-use building with upper-floor residences and street-level retail. Catoctin Corner is a 70k SF mixed-use project at the intersection of Business Route 7 and the Berlin Turnpike. Herndon-based Rappaport Co's plans include restaurants, retail and a bank. [Loudoun]
