Frontier Gets Refinancing For Recently Renovated Largo DoubleTree

Frontier Development & Hospitality Group recently renovated its 184-room Largo hotel and rebranded it from a Radisson to a DoubleTree by Hilton.

The developer has now secured a $14M refinancing, arranged by HFF's Jeff Bucaro and Nicole Schmidt, to help pay back the initial debt it used to acquire and renovate the property. An undisclosed financial institution provided the loan.

At 8100 Basil Court in Largo, the hotel sits just off the Beltway, where it intersects with Landover Road. The hotel has 2,700 SF of meeting space, a pool, a fitness center, a market pantry and two food options: XC Bar & Bistro and the SC Lounge.
