Ride-sharing services have revolutionized the way D.C. residents and visitors get to dinner, concerts and other events, and new awards from Lyft shed light on which properties are benefiting most.

Lyft Wednesday announced its fourth annual Lyftie awards, given to the most-visited destinations in the city, and 14th Street and U Street were big winners.

The 14th and U corridor was named the most-visited late-night neighborhood, Brixton on U Street was the most visited late-night establishment and the Busboys and Poets on 14th Street was the most-visited brunch spot.

RFK Stadium, which no longer has any professional sports teams playing home games and is being eyed for redevelopment, was Lyft's most-visited concert venue in the District.

El Centro's Georgetown location was the most visited bar in D.C. and the Planet Fitness in Silver Spring was the most visited fitness studio. The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, which hosted popular musical "Hamilton" this year, was given the award for "Only in Washington, D.C."

“Lyft helps Washington, D.C. residents experience and connect with their city in new and interesting ways," Lyft Mid-Atlantic General Manager Steve Taylor said in a release. "The Lyfties are a way for us to say thank you for sharing a ride with us and to recognize the places that truly make D.C. unique, like the John F. Kennedy Center, and the 14th & U Street corridor."
