We ran into Cassidy Turley's Laurie McMahon and Mark Sullivan at the NoMa BID annual meeting at 64 New York Ave last week, and they told us there's 200k SF available at the building, which they're marketing with colleague Stephanie Heffernan. Mark says the green space in front of the recently renovated LEED Gold building is found few places in downtown DC, much like the 115,000 cars that pass 64 New York each day.
