Andrew Eshelman leaves StonebridgeCarras for Washington Property Co

Bethesda-based Washington Property Co has hired Andrew Eshelman as principal, the same title he held at his last job, StonebridgeCarras, also based in Bethesda.

Andrew brings more than 35 years of DC-area real estate experience to WPC, including serving for 20 years as a founder and principal at MGP Real Estate. In his new role, Andrew will take charge of WPC's value-added acquisition platform, and growing it beyond its 3M SF portfolio.

WPC has also announced several recent staff promotions, including Hugh Cole to director of finance, John Mulhern to VP of construction and Janel Kausner to associated VP of development. Congrats to all on the new gigs.
