You might have stopped by the new ice rink at MRP Realty's Washington Harbour since it opened last November--and if you did, you probably found things pretty busy. MRP's Bob Murphy tells us over 45,000 skaters have visited the rink since November, 50% more than the firm's projections. And Bob says that with another full month (the rink was opened the last week in November) the number easily could have been up to 60,000.
