Thursday Night on the Roof

Was last Thursday night real estate night? While many industry pros hit up the Hecht's Warehouse bash on New York Ave (which we told you about Friday), many also packed the rooftop of Paramount Group's Liberty Place on 7th Street. Paramount recently updated the building's entrances, lobbies, and other common areas, and held the event to showcase the new look. Here's JLL's Trip Howell and Amy Bowser (who are marketing the 70k SF available) with Paramount's Ted Koltis and Matt Gannon. Matt has recently joined Paramount after a decade with Vornado.
