The District Grand Opening

The District apartments in Logan Circle, which in March sold for the highest price-per-unit ever (over $500k/unit) in DC, celebrated a grand opening Thursday night. Guests were treated to samples from the property's restaurant tenants, Ted's Bulletin and southeast Asian cuisine-focused Doi Moi. Bozzuto Management, which is managing the 125-unit property on behalf of new owner JPMorgan, says several residents have already moved in. Above, guests enjoy the property's roof deck, which includes anoutdoor bar, dining cabana, entertaining kitchen, gas grills, and fire pit.
