Tenant Rep Chris Wolf Heads To Colliers From Savills Studley

Colliers International has just hired a broker away from Savills Studley to bolster its DC-area tenant rep team.

Chris Wolf spent 17 years at Studley, negotiating more than 4M SF of deals, and will now join Colliers as senior vice president, focusing on tenant representation.

“For more than 15 years, Chris has helped his clients reduce their real estate costs while managing the related risks," Colliers regional managing director David Parker said in a release. "He finds the right solution; he does not simply transact. With the addition of Chris, Colliers adds depth and strength to our team as we continue to grow here in the region."

Parker began leading Colliers' DC team last year, after coming from PM Realty Group, with plans to grow the firm's presence in the area.
