Guess whose half birthday it is today? We'll give you a hint: legendary Savills Studley broker Adam Singer, pictured here today at the DC Palm with a healthy salad (although, ahem, with extra dressing) in recognition of his advancing years. Because this is a family newsletter, we don't want to scare our readers by disclosing his age, but we can tell you it's in the same vicinity as Bono, John Elway and Cal Ripken. (And no, we don't mean combined.)
