Sheraton Washington North Trades

The Savills team of Marc Magazine, Tom Baker, and Dave Durbin have closed another DC-area hotel sale, this time brokering the trade of the Sheraton Washington North in Beltsville on behalf of seller The Carlyle Group. Tom says it's the second property his team has sold this year to buyer Laurus Corp of Los Angeles. (See, good things can happen when you accidentally call the previous number in your phone.) The other hotel is the Hunt Valley Inn outside Baltimore. Laurus plans a major renovation, Tom tells us.
