Resmark Transforms N Street

If you've taken a stroll down N Street between Connecticut and 17th over the past 20 years, you've probably noticed a row of gorgeous but vacant rowhomes. But the LA-based Resmark Cos, which recently acquired the buildings, has arrived to deliver 31 condos on the site, as well as a new building that will house another 38. Resmark SVP Alexandra Johns tells us the project's location—close to a range of business and recreational activities—"will attract a broad range of buyers." Resmark is teaming with Madison Homes on the project, already approved by the Historic Preservation Review Board; Alexandra tells us construction should start this summer with a late 2015 delivery expected.
