Last night we joined Rosslyn BID president Peter Greenwald for a beer and burger at the new Heavy Seas Alehouse on Wilson Boulevard, helmed by exec chef Matt Seeber. The 175-seat informal eatery opened just six days ago, and was packed. Matt came from its sister store in Baltimore and before that stints in Vegas and NY.
