Office of Justice Programs Signs Renewal

The GSA has inked a 10-year renewal for the Office of Justice Programs' 252k SF space at 810 7th Street in Chinatown. Colliers' Kurt Stout and Easterly Partners' (and former public buildings commish) Joe Moravec repped the owner, KanAm Grund, while CBRE's Henry Chapman and Sara Dunstan repped the GSA.
