This is Calkain Cos founder Jon Hipp at lunch yesterday at the Cheesecake Factory at Mazza Gallerie, with whom we conspired to negate our respective early morning workouts by ordering cheeseburgers. (At least they were turkey, give us credit.) He is so smart about net lease investing he not only answered all our questions, but do you know he and co-founder David Sobelman actually wrote a book on the subject? It's even in its second edition! Mercifully, it's called the "Little Book" of Triple Net Lease Investing, so we have read a few pages. We are promising ourselves we will read at least one paragraph a night. Meantime, he's the guy who knows the stuff and can answer your questions, too. Unless he's at CrossFit.
