Anyhoo, here we areyesterdayon the terrace of the 5-star Montage Hotel in the heart ofBeverly Hills, conducting speed networking at our BMAC West event. It's always hard to coax people at the beginning to do something that seems sodorky, but once they start, they really get into it and complain after we stop! We had about 400 folks from around the country converge for afull-dayevent on multifamily, and we held every meal and networking breakoutside. But we get what we deservesome of us may besunburnedtoday.
