Loudoun Economic Development czar Buddy Rizer, at a NoVa CREW event in Loudoun Tuesday, confirmed the county intends to make an aggressive effort to lure the 'Skins away from Maryland. He thinks Loudoun's a perfect place, what with all the growth expected as a hub of data centers and technology in the region. Oh, and the fact you can just hop on the Silver Line and avoid traffic. (If you have to drive, here's our suggestion: on Sundays only, let fans use what we'll rename as the Football Access Road.)
