Josh is the lead developer of The View at Waterfront, Mill Creek’s recent acquisition with John Hancock of two I.M. Pei-designed apartment buildings (256 homes) by the Southwest waterfront. Over the next few years, the team hopes to add 250 homes to the existing property. When not working on The View, Josh focuses on new pursuits for Mill Creek’s Mid-Atlantic office. The Toronto native, who moved with his family to Potomac in the early '90s, says he’s “always had a passion for real estate and enjoys the day-to-day opportunity to value-create and problem-solve.” Best lesson: Nothing is more important than being a good listener, communicator and team player.
