JLL's Matt Hunt Joins HR&A As Principal

Matt Hunt has joined the DC office of HR&A as a principal, where he will support the company’s growing international practice and transit-oriented development work, and draw on his extensive experience to advise on global public-private real estate development.

Matt brings over 13 years of experience in the DC Metro area market to the table. He most recently served as VP of the Public Institutions practice at JLL, where he had a hand in transit-oriented development, portfolio management, and the general strategy of public-private partnerships, among other responsibilities.

HR&A has provided strategic advisory services for some of the most complex development projects across the globe and US. Locally, HR&A supported the District in its efforts to bring CityCenterDC to life, and has helped lead the way on the transformation of Capitol Riverfront.
