Heating Plant Sale Rolls On

Not since Michael Jordan's first retirement has a "deadline" been changed so many times. The auction for the Georgetown West Heating Plant has been extended again.At press time, the bidding was up to $18.7M, with a new deadline set for 1:04 PM (which is before we hit send on this, so check the GSA Auction site for up-to-the-minute results).The proceedings could go on further, as soft bidding will end only after 24 hours have passed without a new bid.
