Cresa principal Doug Damron and his girlfriend, Corporate Executive Board's Megan Louden, donned '70s fashion on Halloween night for Vornado's Fleetwood Mac concert. (They're standing on the rooftop of Vornado's 1299 Penn Ave.) Doug just closed a 10k SF deal at 1025 Connecticut Ave NW for EC English, a global education company. The space is the company's first DC location. The larger-than-life peace sign around his neck surely helped close the deal.
