CBRE's Jeff Roman (left, with Macerich's Tim Steffan, Hines' Chuck Watters, and colleague Erik McLaughlin) has worked on Tysons evolution since '86 and says it's becoming a true downtown where anything on the Metro line is in high demand. That was a major selling point in wooing DC-based Intelsat to Macerich's Tysons Tower.
