Goodrich Corp Expands at 1100 Wilson

This morning, Monday Properties announced a 12k SF lease expansion for Goodrich Corp. at 1100 Wilson Blvd. Monday's John Wharton, the in-house rep on the deal, says Black Hawk helicopter maker-Sikorsky Aircraft Corp (who, like Goodrich, is a subsidiary of United Technologies) will take some of the space, moving operations over from the District. The space should be ready for move-in this summer.JLL's Chris Bynum and Tom Golsen, along with Cushman & Wakefield's William Heerdt repped Goodrich.
