First Potomac Bulks Up Van Buren Office Park

This morning, First Potomac announced it's signed 23k SF in new leases at Van Buren Office Park in Herndon. Bridges System Integrated signed a 15k SF deal, while IT firm Blue River Information Technology inked a 4.5k SF pact. A 3k SF deal brings Van Buren's occupancy up to 94%.
