EastBanc founder Anthony Lanier (with Colliers' Fern Baruetta) tells us the firm will completely renovate the interior of the 30k SF property while maintaining the historic nature of the exterior. Colliers' Roger Carlson and Tim Hague are handling leasing at 1800 Eye; Roger for the two floors and 4,400 SF of retail and Tim for the office portion. Tim tells us prospects will enjoy the natural light (windows cover 75% of the building) and historic bones.
