We wrote a couple days ago about the transformation of an entire 20k SF floor of the old Channel Inn at the SW Wharf. We mentioned the owner/occupier (Madison Marquette) and the architect (Wendy Burger), but plum forgot the contractor. LF Jennings has been doing construction around the Mid-Atlantic for 63 years; how could we overlook them? Well, try this as our excuse: Their work in demolishing 50 rooms and reinventing the space as open common areas, all in only eight weeks, was so stunning, we just got distracted. Congrats to LF Jennings!
