DC Real Estate Pros Make Billionaires List

Times are good for Nats owner Ted Lerner (who we snapped last year with son-in-law Ed Cohen), who not only watched his team win the NL East last year, but also yesterday was named one of richest people on the planet. He checked in at $4B, good enough for #329 on theForbes Billionaire's List. Saul Centers chairman Bernard Saul also made the list, arriving at #1175 with $1.2B. Meanwhile, Bisnow's DC reporter is planning a special edition on office furniture, just so he can search the couch cushions for change.
