A 75-acre plot of land near the second-richest neighborhood in the US could become a development of 300-plus homes of varying size, reports The Sentinel. 7115 Greentree Road in Bethesda — home to Cumulus Media's WMAL-FM — currently has four transmitter towers, satellite dishes and an unmanned transmission building on a hilly patch of grass affectionately known as the “dog park” by locals who use it for sports and fur baby recreation. There’s no asking price, but brokerage firm CBRE Group sees potential for serious bids, saying the size and location alone could command a price tag worth hundreds of millions. Cumulus will be accepting offers until March 12.
