Chelsea School to Prince George's Station

The Chelsea School, which serves children with learning disabilities, has inked a 24k SF lease at Westbrook Properties' Prince George's Station in Hyattsville, in a deal brokered by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Lisa Benjamin. Chelsea will move from its location in Silver Spring for the 2013-2014 school year. (In school, we were always told not to play in the street, but what about a bridge above the street?)
