Yesterday at the National Press Club, DCBIA held a seminar on the ever-changing real estate needs of law firms. Following a lively discussion, the event's panelists toasted the man behind some of DC's biggest law firm deals: CBRE's Pat Marr (middle), who was celebrating his 50th birthday(with what is either a cupcake or an oddly colored kickball). Joining Pat is Vornado/Charles E. Smith chief Mitchell Schear, Pillsbury's Wendy White, Arnold & Porter's Jennifer Perkins, and Gensler's Steve Martin.
