Calypso St. Barth To Open in Georgetown

Calypso St. Barth has inked a lease at EastBanc/Jamestown's 3307 M St, the firms announced today. It's a10-year deal for the upscale women's apparel and home furnishings retailer.(No longer must we go to Neiman Marcus and Pier One for that combo.)Inspring 2014,it will takeover space Salon Rafik and AT&T Wireless will soon vacate. EastBanc and Jamestown also say there's30k SF worth of leases being worked out in the firms' Georgetown Renaissance portfolio, which includes 17 Georgetown properties (including 3307 M) as well as one in Alexandria.
