Brigg Bunker Development President, Foulger-Pratt

Brigg was promoted to Foulger-Pratt development president just six months ago, five years after joining the 50-year-old firm. He oversees a team of 25 that handles underwriting, due diligence and feasibility of the firm’s newest development projects. One of the most interesting projects for Brigg has been Park Potomac, which includes 500M SF of office, 200k SF of retail, 600 residential units and a 175-room hotel. Brigg, who hails from Mesa, AZ, says he likes managing all the moving parts of such a large project. Best lesson: Every deal dies at least three times. Keep at it.
