Breaking News: Louis at 14th Closes

This morning, JBG announced it has officially sold the 267-unit Louis at 14th apartment complex to TIAA-CREF, in a deal that's been under contract since late last year. The property includes a ground-floor Trader Joe's and is situated at the red-hot corner of 14th and U; we were unable to confirm final pricing, though the building is expected to fetch a record price-per-unit figure, as we reported back in December. ARA repped JBG and partner Georgetown Strategic Capital in the deal.
