This morning, we stopped by Potomac Capital Advisors' annual St. Patrick's Day breakfast at Columbia Country Club, and snapped firm prez Jim Powers with United Bank's Jim Consagra, colleague Paul McNamara, and Akridge's Brian Connolly. As of press time, none of these men have been traded or released by the Ravens, making them one of the few.
