Bisnow Scoop: Frederick Office Trades

Investment sales vets Joe Friedman and Julian Etches, newly of Transwestern, have just brokered the $11.5M sale of 30 W Patrick St in Frederick on behalf of First Potomac. Joe and Julian began marketing the 66k SF, 75%-leased property while they were still at Avison Young. DC-based West End Capital Group was the buyer.
