Bible College To Greenbelt

Trading one college for another? Lancaster Bible College has leased the former University of Phoenix space at Washington Property Company's 7852 Walker Rd in Greenbelt, announced yesterday. WPC's Marc Witowski tells us the 19k SF space was a perfect fit, since it was already built out to University of Phoenix's specs. And LBC, which is based in Lancaster, PA, but will use the space as an adult education center, loved 7852 Walker's high visibility from the Beltway and the property's signage opportunity, Marc says. LBC signed a 10-year deal and will move in March 1; it was repped by Peter Rosan and Chris Wright of Cushman & Wakefield, while Marc and Ken Fellows of Edge Commercial repped ownership.
