Cassidy Turley's DC-area offices have a new leader, as the firm has tapped local veteran John Benziger as Regional Managing Principal, effective Monday. John who has roots with the company after serving as a broker for Cassidy & Pinkard from '84-'02, makes the move after a decade at Lincoln Property Company. He tells us he's excited to start in a role he calls "one of the best real estate jobs in Washington DC," where he'll look to expand the firm's business, manage client relations, and "hire good people."
