On Friday, the Donohoe Cos opened its newest hotel, the 183-room Residence Inn by Marriott Arlington Ballston at 650 N Quincy St. Donohoe handled construction and will also manage the hotel. It was built to LEED Gold and is also the first extended-stay hotel in the Ballston submarket. (Prior to this, if you wanted an extended stay, you had to ask to sleep on Jad Donohoe's couch.)
