FCP purchased the BRAC-emptied building just two years ago and rehabbed it while Avison Young leased 87k SF to Marymount. Celebrating at Ted's Montana Grill: RESI building engineers Donald Wynkoop and Rocky Tahir up front, Avison's Amy Hewitt and FCP's Howard Jenkins. And tip of the hat to Donald on 38 years of service at the building!
