7220 Wisconsin Trades for $16M

HFF announced yesterday it brokered the sale of 7220 Wisconsin Ave in Bethesda, repping seller JBG in the $16.1M trade to Peel Properties. (Buy a building with a bank in it, people. Nothing worse than commuting for a loan.) The 95%-leased building was debt-free at the time of the sale. The HFF team included Jim Meisel, Dek Potts, Andrew Weir, Stephen Conley, and Jess Dickinson.
