This morning, Rock Creek Property Group announced it's officially delivered 1100 16th St, the former charter school at the corner of L and 16th that's been redeveloped into office space (we snapped the project back in January). Rock Creek is offering the 28k SF property--which it purchased in late 2011-- for sale or lease; it's eyeing nonprofits, embassies, universities, or tech firms.
