National/Lenkin Get Cash for 1625 Mass

Cassidy Turley's Brad Geiger and Phil Mudd have just arranged $20M in new financing for 1625 Massachusetts Ave on behalf of a National Real Estate Advisors fund and the Lenkin Company. The 117k SF, 97%-leased property, the DC home of Johns Hopkins' Carey Business School, has been recently renovated and the owners say more upgrades are in place, including new conference and fitness centers.
