Concert Properties’ Era Is Victoria’s Best Heritage Project

Concert PropertiesEra condo in downtown Victoria was named Best Heritage Project - Commercial at last month’s Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) Awards. The 16-storey project at 728 Yates St—the company’s seventh in the capital since 2002—was completed earlier this year. Designed by Rafii Architects and Richard Henry Architect, the new concrete and glass tower incorporates an existing heritage brick facade. Concert won the Customer Service - Builder CARE award, also for Era.
