Outside investors wanting to buy downtown Vancouver office buildings aren't driven so much by yield as much as just wanting to buy that "jewel box property downtown," JLL VP Lucy Fletcher tells us. Vancouver is still very attractive from a price-per-SF basis. "My inbound list grows daily," she tells us.
