Former Cushman Chief Scott Chandler Joins Colliers As SVP

Colliers International has hired ex-Cushman & Wakefield president and CEO Scott Chandler as its SVP of advisory and investment sales. The 25-year industry vet will be tasked with growing Colliers’ advisory capabilities and augmenting its capital markets underwriting and sales teams. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield—whose national valuation and advisory group he led before becoming CEO—Scott (seen above during the 2014 ALS Ice Bucket Challenge) worked for Scotia Capital, where he was involved in the $1.3B sale of Scotia Plaza, the largest single-asset sale in Canadian commercial real estate history.
