Canderel Acquires 545 Lake Shore Blvd. W

Canderel just acquired 545 Lake Shore Blvd. W, a 1.8-acre site, from Rogers Media, and plans a mixed-use development.

Canderel chief operating officer Ben Rogowski said his group is seeking to create something distinctive for one of the few remaining prime development sites in Toronto’s West Harbourfront neighbourhood.

The property is at the southeast corner of Lake Shore and Bathurst Street. It is near the western edge of Queens Quay, which is undergoing a $128M revitalization, with upgrades including granite sidewalks and separated bike lanes.
