Three new developments in Vaughan are taking on the growing demand for new industrial.

The city, one of the largest employment areas in the GTA, has recently been pinpointed by developers and landowners, ZZen Group of Cos., Anatolia Capital Corp. and Condor Properties.

The three companies will build on spec, reflecting their confidence tenants will be quick to lease upon completion.

These three developments will provide 1.4M SF of new industrial that will accommodate different size industrial users.
