Cushman & Wakefield's Brian Flood And Charles Suddaby
Cushman & Wakefield has hired 11-year CBRE Hotels vet Brian Flood to lead its valuation and hospitality group and intensify its targeting of foreign investors.
“We’re seeing big changes in Canada’s hospitality market, with a number of major global players entering the space,” said Flood, who is co-leading his team with Charles Suddaby.
“So it’s key our company is well-connected to those markets to handle that inbound business.”
Recent global-player hotel transactions include the Four Seasons buy and Bluesky’s InnVest REIT acquisition.
“And we think there are more of those sorts of deals trying to get accomplished,” Suddaby said.
